Why Dazle Technology

Responsive support beyond the factory floor

Successful PCB projects depend on communication, risk control and reliable follow-through—not manufacturing equipment alone.

Extended support hours

Our engineering and sales teams operate extended shifts from 8:00 to 23:30 China time, providing up to 16 hours of daily coverage for Europe and North America.

Fast, transparent quotations

Standard PCB quotations can normally be completed within one hour. Pricing factors, design concerns and potential additional costs are identified before production.

Early BOM risk review

We flag obsolete, hard-to-source and high-risk components and can recommend qualified alternatives to protect cost and lead time.

DFM and NPI support

Manufacturability, stencil, testing and engineering questions are consolidated early. A DFM report can be supplied upon request.

Daily production visibility

Work-in-progress updates help customers understand current production status and manage downstream schedules.

NDA and data protection

Customer files are handled through controlled internal channels and are not uploaded to public EDA platforms.

A clear path to production

How your PCB project moves forward

  1. 01

    Share requirements

Send available Gerber or ODB++ files, BOM, drawings, quantity, testing needs and target delivery date.

  2. 02

    Engineering and BOM review

We review manufacturability, specifications, component availability and project risks, then consolidate engineering questions.

  3. 03

    Quotation and confirmation

You receive a clear quotation covering fabrication, sourcing, assembly, testing and delivery as required.

  4. 04

    Prototype or production

After approval, the project moves into controlled fabrication and assembly with recorded inspection data.

  5. 05

    Inspection and testing

Boards complete the agreed electrical, visual, assembly and functional testing requirements.

  6. 06

    Packaging and delivery

Orders are protected with appropriate vacuum, anti-static, moisture-control and reinforced export packaging.

Delivery to the US and Europe

Logistics planned around cost and schedule

We compare express, air and sea freight options according to delivery urgency, shipment size, destination and customs requirements. Our team works with UPS, DHL, FedEx and freight-forwarding partners and assists with exceptions such as delays, customs holds or lost shipments.

Frequently asked questions

Planning your PCB project

Send your available files even if the package is not yet complete. Our team will identify what is still required for an accurate quotation.

What files do you need for a PCB quotation?

Gerber or ODB++ files, board specifications, quantity and delivery destination are the usual starting point. For assembly, include a BOM, placement data, assembly drawings and testing requirements.

Can you provide both PCB fabrication and assembly?

Yes. We support PCB fabrication, component sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly, inspection, functional testing, final product assembly and delivery.

Do you support prototype and volume production?

Yes. Our production resources cover rapid prototypes, medium-volume orders and stable repeat production. Available lead times are confirmed after engineering review.

Can you review our BOM before production?

Yes. We identify hard-to-source, obsolete and high-risk components and can propose qualified alternatives for customer approval.

How do you protect confidential design files?

We support NDA agreements and controlled internal file transfer. Customer design and production files are not uploaded to public EDA platforms.

How quickly can you quote a project?

Standard PCB quotations can normally be completed within one hour. Complex PCB projects may require up to 12 hours; PCBA quotations depend on BOM size, sourcing complexity and testing requirements.
